FAQ's

Shipping:

We offer a flat rate shipping of $10 Australia wide, which includes tracking. All orders are posted from Gold Coast, Australia and we use a combination of couriers and Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped your tracking details will be sent to your nominated email. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.

All our products are lovingly made by hand so please allow up to 4 weeks for order completion plus postage. If you require your order sooner then this, please contact us before you place an order with the date it is needed by to ensure the time frame can be met. Depending on your location postage can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days for order to be delivered. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and delivery can sometimes take longer.

Please note:

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping. 

For safety reasons most of our packages are sign on delivery. Please indicate in the note section at checkout if you would like your package to be left instead.

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect information supplied or order not collected, you are responsible for paying the returning shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Please choose carefully as due to the nature of our products being made to order we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Due to the nature of timber, there may be natural imperfections in the wood. These are not faults and are what make each piece unique.

As each set is handmade and unique, some details and colours may differ slightly from pictured.

We only offer exchanges or refunds if the product you have purchased is damaged or faulty. Please note that this does not include natural imperfections in the wood grain. While each of our products are carefully inspected before being packed with care, we recommend all customers inspect their order upon receiving them. If your product is damaged or faulty please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damage. All damaged or faulty products need to be returned to us and inspected before a credit, exchange or refund is issued. Please note any refunds issued upon the return of products will be less restocking fees, discounts and shipping charges.

Discounts & Vouchers:

Discounts and vouchers can not be applied to existing orders and must be applied before purchase is completed.

While our bookends are made to hold your children's precious books, they are not designed to be used as toys so please keep out of reach of children.
